Job Guaranteed started in 2018 when our founders, then senior engineers at Microsoft and Amazon, watched bright graduates struggle through interview cycles for months without structured support. The career-services market at the time felt either too vague (generic mentorship) or too transactional (job boards).

We set out to build something different - a firm where the only question that mattered was: "Did the client get a job?" That conviction drove us to put a money-back guarantee in writing, build a 200+ partner network, and structure programs around outcomes instead of hours.

Seven years later, we've grown from a 3-person team into a 45-person firm running flagship career programs and consulting engagements with founders. The conviction hasn't changed.
