Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using jobguaranteed.com (the "Site"), enrolling in any of our programs, or engaging us for consulting services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply alongside any signed program agreement; in case of conflict, the program agreement controls for that engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Our services

We provide career and business consulting programs, including but not limited to:

• Job Guaranteed Program - 12-month training and placement program with money-back guarantee.
• Job Assistance Program - 6-month free training and internship program.
• Job Consulting Program - 3-month consulting with curated interview opportunities.
• Business Assistance Program - custom-scoped consulting for founders.

Specific deliverables, timelines and outcomes are documented in your individual program agreement.

4. Your account & responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information at signup and keep it updated.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Attend scheduled sessions, complete assignments, and meet program milestones.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payments & fees

Fees for each program are stated on the relevant program page and confirmed in your signed agreement. Unless stated otherwise:

• Registration fees are payable on selection and are non-refundable.
• Course fees are payable per the agreed schedule (one-time, EMI, or income-share where applicable).
• All fees are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified in the agreement.
• Late payments may incur reasonable late fees and program access may be suspended.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and your specific program agreement. The Job Guaranteed Program carries a written placement-based money-back guarantee. The Job Assistance Program is free of course fees. Other programs follow the terms set out in their agreements.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications or work experience.
• Use our content, mock interview recordings or partner referrals for purposes outside the program.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute our materials.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination or unlawful behaviour during any program activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our partners.

Violation may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All program materials, curriculum, software, branding, content and trademarks are the property of Job Guaranteed or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use them solely for the purpose of completing your program. You retain ownership of work product you create as part of your assignments and capstone projects.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Except for the express placement guarantee in the Job Guaranteed Program agreement, the Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that all defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Guaranteed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your engagement per the cancellation terms in your program agreement. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms or your program agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, liability, governing law) will survive.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
