Refund Policy

2. Registration fee

The Rs. 1,000 registration fee, common to all programs, is a one-time payment that secures your seat and covers onboarding administration. The registration fee is non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether you proceed with or complete the program.

3. Job Guaranteed Program - placement guarantee

The flagship Job Guaranteed Program carries a written money-back guarantee. The course fee of Rs. 1,20,000 is fully refundable if you are not placed within the 12-month program window, subject to the following:

3.1 Eligibility for refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Have attended at least 90% of scheduled training sessions during the 6-month training phase.
• Have submitted at least 90% of assignments and the capstone project.
• Have completed the 6-month internship phase as assigned (or attempted reasonably available alternates).
• Have appeared for all interview opportunities arranged by us during the placement window.
• Not have declined two or more reasonable, role-aligned offers extended through our placement pipeline.
• Not have engaged in conduct that resulted in termination for cause.

3.2 Process to claim a refund

1. Submit a written refund request to refunds@jobguaranteed.com within 30 days of program end.
2. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and review your case.
3. If eligible, the refund is processed within 30 business days to your original payment source.
4. If we believe the eligibility criteria are not met, we share a written explanation with the option to appeal.

3.3 What is "placed"

"Placed" means receiving a written full-time job offer (CTC at least within 80% of your stated, mutually-agreed target salary band) from a partner or candidate-sourced opportunity facilitated through the program. Internship-to-full-time conversions count as placements.

4. Cancellation by you (Job Guaranteed Program)

If you choose to withdraw before completing the program (and not pursuant to a refund-eligible scenario above), the following cancellation fees apply:

• Within 7 days of enrollment, before training starts: 90% refund of course fee (less Rs. 12,000 admin fee).
• After training starts, within first 30 days: 50% refund.
• After 30 days, before internship phase: 25% refund.
• After internship begins: No refund.

5. Termination by us

We may terminate your enrollment for material breach (e.g., misrepresentation, code-of-conduct violation, prolonged absence). In such cases, no refund is due. We provide written notice and a 7-day cure period for non-attendance issues where reasonable.

6. Job Consulting Program

The Rs. 1,000 fee for the Job Consulting Program covers consulting and 10 curated interview opportunities over 3 months. If you are not selected after these 10 opportunities, we extend support with up to 5 additional interview placements at no extra cost. No cash refunds are available for this program.

7. Business Assistance Program

Refund terms for the Business Assistance Program are governed by your signed engagement agreement, which sets out scope, deliverables, milestones and any pro-rata refund provisions.

8. Payment-method considerations

• Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument used for payment.
• If paid via EMI, we coordinate with the lender to settle your outstanding obligations as part of the refund.
• Bank charges or third-party processing fees, if any, may be deducted.

9. Disputes

Disagreements regarding refund eligibility are handled per Section 12 of our Terms of Service (governing law: Indian law; jurisdiction: courts in India). We commit to a good-faith, written explanation of any decision and an internal appeal process before formal escalation.
